Michael Stukes a/k/a The Dubmaster DJ Mike D is from Harlem USA.
Michael got his musical start in 1975 as dj for legendary Hip Hop group Tragic Magic. Michael has also been a reviewer/writer for the following magazine publications: DMA magazine, Mixer magazine, BPM magazine, Big Shot magazine and DJ Times magazine. Michael became head DJ @ HMV Records, 125th Street in Harlem, NYC from 2000 - 2003 as well as DJ @ Virgin Megastore Times SQ from 2003 - 2009.
He currently hosts his own radio show, Mystic Vybes, on Thursdays, from 12 AM to 3 AM EST on WHCR 90.3 FM www.whcr.org as well as Mystic Vybrations on Tuesday mornings from 7am to 10am EST on CyberJAMZ internet radio www.cyberjamz.com.
He has traveled both state side and abroad for various DJ gigs and events. Michaels’ favorite quote is “PPP (Patience, Persistence and Perseverance) ALWAYS pays off.“
